  • I prefer this app among all the bodyweight workout apps, because it is very consistent in it's approach and makes it clear what bodyweight training can look like. You do need to read up a little on the kind of workout required for the results you expect, but this app contains most of the exercises. I do wish sometimes that the app would have a muscle group sorting feature and that it would sometimes add a few more moves (especially for shoulders.) Sadly, the synchronisation feature never really worked as expected for me which is the only real minus, so 4 stars.

    I first read the book and started the basic program, but as a beginer I was having a hard time counting reps and sets. The app is fantastic, my workouts are much more intense with the app guidance! EDIT: The built in video is AMAZING!

    Loads of exercises. Can make your own workouts at all levels as well. Never gets old. Only complaint is that audio cue does not always match timer and sometimes doesn't tell you end the workout.
